Mr. DuMars has spent the past year as the Director, Electronic Tax Administration with the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Treasury. His primary focus has been on growing eFile which, in 2005, has grown 10.7% from 61.5 million returns in 2004 to 66 million returns in 2005. Other areas of focus include electronic filing industry strategy and analysis, policy analysis, marketing and branding, and industry security and business/disaster recovery policy and strategy. He is also responsible for www.irs.gov which is growing at roughly 100% year-over-year in number of visits from 2004 (157 Million total for the entire year) to 2005, 100 Million visits achieved by April, 2005.

Prior to his position with the IRS he spent the previous 2 years as a Global Director leading the global business process and Web marketing teams at Trend Micro, a $400 Million content security and antivirus company. He dual reported to the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Marketing. He developed a new eBusiness strategy, evaluated business, technology and methodology implementation options and executed against the strategy. During his 2 years, B2C Web store sales grew from $3 to $7 million in annual global revenues with margins in excess of 85%, the global Websites were redesigned in partnership with Niteo Partners, a new content management system (Microsoft Content Management Server) was implemented and content publishing processes streamlined. Both projects were turned into project success stories: Microsoft and Niteo.

He also led the 100 person Business Process Organization that developed new strategies and architectures, and project managed, developed and implemented CRM, ERP, HRMS, EAI, Reporting, Web Analytics, consumer and enterprise product registration, and offshore development projects.

Prior to joining Trend Micro, he led the Intel Online Services (IOS) service line marketing team that defined, positioned and launched new services including managed storage (SAN & NAS), backup and recovery, disaster recovery, business continuity, enterprise applications, network bandwidth, content distribution, performance management, security, fully managed, collocation, customer care portal, and Operating Support Services (OSS).

Prior to this position, Mr. DuMars worked as a Product Marketing Manager within Intel's server management products division, where he defined, positioned and launched three Intel LANDesk Server Management products.

Before joining Intel, he worked for 10 years at Southern California Edison at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, where he was a key member of a team that built a 75 server, 3200 node LAN/WAN across a 35 square mile area. This network was the first cc:Mail and Novell Netware environments to reach 1000 users/nodes in the mid-1980s.

Other accomplishments include strategic marketing at Dell Computer, network and operating systems technologies instructor at Learning Tree International, and founder of thePerk.com Gourmet, Inc. (a gourmet coffee, tea and food products B2C).
